When you submit a project enquiry or audit request, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business, email, optional phone number, website, budget, timeline and project context.

Why we use it

We use this information to understand your request, respond, assess whether the studio can help, prepare a proposal where appropriate, and maintain a record of the conversation.

Service providers

Enquiries may be delivered through an email service provider such as Resend and stored by the email services used by Bare Pixel Studio. Hosting and security providers may process limited technical request data. We do not sell submitted information.

Retention

We retain enquiry information for as long as it is useful for the conversation, project administration, legal obligations and reasonable business records. You may ask us to delete information when no overriding obligation requires retention.

Analytics and cookies

The site can use privacy-conscious Vercel Analytics when configured. It does not intentionally set advertising profiles. If analytics requiring consent is introduced later, the consent experience and this policy will be updated first.
